The Members of the Commission (MOC) are comprised of the Chief Ombudsman and two Ombudsmen; an accounting Ombudsman and administrative Ombudsman. We currently have two members of the Commission and a vacancy in the position of accounting ombudsman. The vacancy was created after Mr Michael Dick was appointed as Chief Ombudsman.

Chief Ombudsman Michael Dick
Ombudsman Michael Dick comes from Siane in Chuave District, Simbu Province. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting from University of Papua New Guinea.
Among other employments, Ombudsman Michael Dick served as Provincial Chief Tax Collector with Eastern Highlands Province; Financial Controller/Accountant with Eastern Highlands Development Corporation; Director Corporate Services with Department of Health; Senior Investigator (Leadership Division) with Ombudsman Commission of PNG; and First Secretary with Ministry of Police.
Ombudsman Michael Dick was appointed as the Accountancy Ombudsman on 20th May 2015 for a 6 year term.
Ombudsman Richard Pagen (LLB)
Mr Pagen has a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Papua New Guinea and an Honours Degree from the University of Tasmania, Australia.
Prior to joining the Ombudsman Commission in 1999, Mr Pagen has served as a Geologist with Minorco Exploration Limited based in Port Morseby, CRA Exploration based in Mt Hagen; and was previously Interim Director, National Anti-Corruption Alliance (NACA), now commonly known as Task Force Sweep.
Mr Pagen comes from Laiagam District in Enga Province.
